You may send us your Business Name, Address (No P.O. Boxes), and Phone Number to be listed for free (sales pitches, and slogans will not be included in the free listings - please read about banner ads or text links below). The Local Business listing is located on our sister site PoconoPond.com. Indicate the category, under which your listing should appear. If you feel your category is missing, please inform us of the one you want added for your business. This site is constantly under construction and we have started with only the basics. FREE LOCAL EVENTS LISTINGS

You may send us the Name of Event, Address, Date(s), Times, a Brief Description (including entrance fee, if any), and Phone Number for inclusion into the Local Events Listing, also located on PoconoPond.com. Currently, all ad spaces are available, but this will change as our website becomes more popular. Some ads that currently appear are for display purposes only. Please contact us for availability status of a space for which you have an interest. DO NOT PROCEED WITH A PURCHASE UNTIL WE VERIFY THE SPACE AVAILABILITY!

Because we are a new website and making a footprint on the Internet takes time, we are offering new advertisers extremely low rates for a year of advertising. New advertisers who are willing to take a chance with us will be rewarded with an option of renewing for an additional year at the same rate – no matter how popular we may become and the increase in visitor traffic we may receive. Any banner ad purchase receives an automatic listing in our Local Business Directory and a free link from that directory to your webpage (if you have one). Your banner will also be linked to your site at no extra charge.

ADS ON HOME PAGE

This is the landing page of our website. It obtains the highest visibilty, as visitors see this page before all others. We have set up the site so that all banners displayed will be seen, as any visitor or member must scroll down to the bottom of the page in order to register or login. The larger the banner, the more information you can fit onto it, such as a slogan and phone number. Banner ads are most often used as a "doorway" to a webpage or website where the buyer has the ability to read about your business.

Pricing is determined by banner size and location. For now, banners are only available on the home page. In the future, ad space may be added inside the members area, but for now the space is unavailable.

All banners spaces are sold for a term of 1 year and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

210x50 pixels in size. Cost: $180/yr

Ad Space #5

320x220 pixels in size. Cost: $320/yr .

Ad Space #6 - #7

125x125 pixels. Cost: $225/yr .

430x265 pixels. Cost: $510/yr .

Ad Space #9

200x200 pixels. Cost: $360/yr .

Ad Spaces #10 - #27

88x33 pixels. Cost: $60/yr .

TEXT LINK

Your listing on our free "Local Businesses" page can be linked to a business webpage or your website. Linked listings will have the business name in bold lettering and will be placed above non-linked listings. Cost: $10/yr. There is no extra charge for this if you have purchased a banner.

All advertising and associated images must be approved before your ad will appear.

WEB PAGE DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Don't have a webpage, but have a small business serving the local area? A single advertising webpage, such as Handyman, Dog Walker, Snow Shoveling, Tax Return Service, or any one of a thousand others can be created for you by us. Let us design one for you. We will install it and link it to any banner ad you purchase, and/or to your text in the business listings (see advertising rates). It gives your business authority and stands out above the rest. AGREEMENT

Your business, or your website (if you have one) must be an entity serving the counties of
Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Susquahanna, Wyoming, Carbon, Northampton, Lehigh, or Luzerne, in the state of Pennsylvania.

Any links that are installed to your ad shall not be redirected to any website, other than the website originally
intended and the destination links will not install, transfer, or otherwise transmit malicious, harmful, or otherwise
disguised data that may be harmful, hurtful, or deceiptful to a visitor entering your website.

Should you provide us an image for purposes of dispalying that image for your banner, such images will not be of
pornographic or hateful in nature. All images must be approved by Pocono Bay and the "img src" file will be kept
on the Internet servers of Pocono Bay for use in the coding to be displayed on our website.

Payment for a full year must be made in advance of your advertisement being displayed.

Rates are subject to change at the completion of the yearly contract (does not apply to advertisers who purchase before 10/1/10, who can
opt for an additional year at same rate) and no contract shall be longer than a period of 1 year. You will have the right to renew a
new contract before your ad space is resold.

DISCOUNTS
There will be a 5% discount if you have a website and display a linked banner from Pocono Bay on your own landing
page. Our banner will be no smaller than 90x30 pixels in size.
A 10% discount will be given if our 125x125 banner is used on your website. All discount money will be returned after verification that
the banner is in place and correctly linked to our landing page.

NOTE: We use a Link Tracker to ensure compliance. Removing our banner from your website, reducing the displayed image size or removing the active link will break the contract and you will forfeit the visual display of your advertising during the duration of the offense, as we reserve
the right to remove your advertisement from our website without compensation until the difference of the 5% (or 10%) discount is paid and your account is brought up to date.

Your payment will be acknowedgment that you have read and understood the terms of the agreement.
